Below are the organisation systems that I have been using. I would like to formalise how each system works and how I use it.

    1. Mail - Folders, signature, phone app. Which mails to address immediately vs later.
    2. Excel for ToDos - Notes vs ToDos. Key elements (ToDos, details, due dates).
    3. Bookmarks - maintain on browser. Document for other key websites or credentials.
    4. Habits - Time blocking for weekly routine (EoW email, time sheets, planning etc).

    1. Capture
      1. Easily capture almost all thoughts. Google docs on phone for easy capture.
    2. Organise
      1. Put various ideas together routinely for ease of usage and structuring. Note taking apps like obsidian. Digital garden of thoughts to structure and get feedback.
    3. Publish
      1. Ease of going from structure to finished product. Templates and discipline of constantly writing.
